Senior Power Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Power Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical power generation design, including simple cycle and combined cycle power generation. They will lead teams for power generation design projects, mentor young engineers, and contribute to power system studies and balance of plant designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and engineer power plant systems, including power generation, distribution, and protection.
  • Lead project reviews and direct activities of other engineering professionals.
  • Collaborate with project managers and controllers on project execution.
  • Mentor young engineers and manage client relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program with an Electrical Power emphasis.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Systems Engineering with an Electrical Power emphasis.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical power generation design.
  • Professional Engineers (PE or P.Eng) license.
  • Extensive experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard Power Market Sector design software.
