NSW Regional Technical Manager: Leading Aftersales Support

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to assigned Penske dealers, developing their capability to serve customers in NSW and major fleets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key personnel within the network, addressing support issues, product releases, and updates.
  • Establish and enforce consistent Aftersales Service procedures throughout the dealer network.
  • Liaise with major franchise suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Implement best practices to optimize customer uptime in the dealer network for after-sales service.
  • Deliver technical and operational updates to dealer/branch staff as required.
  • Carry out structured dealer visits and develop improvement action plans with the dealer/branch management team.

About You:

  • Heavy vehicle trade qualifications.
  • Sound knowledge of Western Star, Detroit, and North American class 8 products.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical area at management or supervisory level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
