About the Role
The FOTON organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Aftersales Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans and customer lead strategies across all aspects of Aftersales operations.
This pivotal role includes Part Sales, Service Retention, Customer Experience, Technical Training, Technical Support, and Warranty Support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and a proven track record of driving commercial success.
About You
- Leadership experience (5+ years) with significant contribution to strategic management and business success.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and sustain high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic capabilities with an in-depth understanding of business operations and commercial vehicles.
- Tertiary qualification in business or commerce.
- Automotive experience in distribution and commercial vehicles.
