We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Enterprise Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of breaches and reportable incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the breach assessment and reporting process to ensure timely and accurate communication with regulators.
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and other business units to investigate and document incidents.
- Compile breach assessment reports and provide recommendations on reportable situations.
- Manage and maintain the 'Breach Assessment' module within our Governance, Risk, and Compliance system.
- Assist in the remediation and rectification of incidents across the Fund.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes, systems, or controls.
- Conduct data analysis to deliver timely and insightful reports on breaches and compliance issues.
- Offer guidance to business units to support compliance with legal, regulatory, licensing, and statutory obligations.
- A foundational level of Compliance and/or Legal experience.
- Experience working in a Financial Services organisation, ideally APRA regulated.
- Hard working, ambitious, and able to manage a diverse workload.
- A strong ability to prioritise and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
