About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Enterprise Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of breaches and reportable incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the breach assessment and reporting process to ensure timely and accurate communication with regulators.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and other business units to investigate and document incidents.
  • Compile breach assessment reports and provide recommendations on reportable situations.
  • Manage and maintain the 'Breach Assessment' module within our Governance, Risk, and Compliance system.
  • Assist in the remediation and rectification of incidents across the Fund.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes, systems, or controls.
  • Conduct data analysis to deliver timely and insightful reports on breaches and compliance issues.
  • Offer guidance to business units to support compliance with legal, regulatory, licensing, and statutory obligations.
Requirements
  • A foundational level of Compliance and/or Legal experience.
  • Experience working in a Financial Services organisation, ideally APRA regulated.
  • Hard working, ambitious, and able to manage a diverse workload.
  • A strong ability to prioritise and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
