About the Position

This role is suited for an experienced Incident Manager who can bring their expertise in managing IT landscape incidents. The successful candidate will lead the incident resolution journey, drive process enhancements, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Disaster Recovery Plans and auditing protocols.

Key Responsibilities
