About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team at Humanised Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex IT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee incident resolution, ensuring prompt response and resolution in a 24/7 operational environment.

• Drive the development and improvement of incident management processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless communication throughout incident management.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Incident Manager in a large-scale telecommunications or ISP environment.

• Deep understanding and certification in ITIL.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage external stakeholders.
