We are seeking a highly skilled Animal Management and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Alchemy Recruitment Consulting.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work with animals, ensuring compliance with laws and promoting community safety and well-being. As an Animal Management and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating incidents, conducting thorough property history checks, and gathering factual evidence for compliance purposes.
Main Responsibilities:- Investigate animal-related incidents, assess risks, and handle captures and impounds as necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive property inspections to gather evidence for compliance and maintain accurate records in corporate systems.
- Manage court orders and provide high-quality service to stakeholders while promoting responsible pet ownership.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor new staff members.
- Prior experience or knowledge of animal husbandry and control, including handling animals of all behavior types.
- Ability to conduct inspections and investigations to achieve successful outcomes per relevant laws and policies.
- Proven time management skills and ability to work independently.
We offer a competitive salary package, reflecting your value to our organization. Based on industry standards, we estimate this role will attract a salary in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
