Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide comprehensive support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures that align with our company values. This includes creating and updating HR documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Support the planning and implementation of HR initiatives, events, and projects.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail.
