**The Position**

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and part of the senior leadership team, this autonomous national position offers great variety, allowing you to utilize your broad HR skill set. You will be responsible for managing all facets of the HR strategy and function including payroll, recruitment, on and off boarding, remuneration and benefits, training & development, performance management, reporting and implementing up to date and best practice policies and procedures and workplace legislation.

**The Person**
To be successful in this busy but very rewarding position, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position with demonstrated skills in managing confidential and sensitive matters.
- Passionate about people and creating a positive team culture and environment that allows you to develop and maintain strong relationships built on trust across all levels in the business.
- Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to work with colleagues remotely and collegiately.
- Possess strong commercial acumen, together with drive and initiative to positively contribute to the company's reputation and success.
- Be strategic in approach with an easy-going but highly competent work style with a hands-on approach.
- Highly organised with advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
