We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People & Culture team.

About the Role

This strategic partnership role involves designing and delivering a people plan, coaching leaders, supporting employment agreements, embedding values, activating talent, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and connecting HR specialists with the business.

You'll be a commercial, pragmatic, and people-first HR Business Partner who's driven by impact. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, thrive in environments where change is constant, and genuinely care about people and want to make their work experience better.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through people management
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators
