We are looking for an HR & Administration Officer who will support our dynamic team in leading all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment to separation, and have the opportunity to develop new and existing HR projects and initiatives.
As the HR & Administration Officer, you will provide generalist HR, administrative and advisory support to all departments within the Company.
**Your main responsibilities include**:
- Providing broad administrative support to the wider team.
- Building strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues.
- Updating data and records in the HRIS as required, ensuring all employee resources are maintained and accessible.
- Development, interpretation and implementation of Company HR policies and procedures.

- Recent graduate with HR (or similar) qualification OR; experienced office administrator who is looking to expand their career in the HR field
- A highly organised, team player - someone who is able to juggle tasks, projects and employee demands (and prioritise these effectively)

- Strong people and communication skills.
