Job Title: Senior National Account Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team. As the second-in-command to the Head of Sales, you will be groomed for leadership roles as part of a comprehensive career development plan.
Main Responsibilities- Lead national accounts across the Woolworths Group, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers to create category strategies, track financials, and deliver key results.
- Manage customer relationships, maintain communication with National Category Buyers, and consistently review current plans and financial metrics.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, conduct comprehensive account reviews, and set prices for new products and update Terms & Conditions.
- Solve problems for customers by acting as an interface between the customer and internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and developing innovative solutions.
- A minimum of Consumer Goods or FMCG experience at a National Account Manager level.
- Prior experience in managing Woolworths is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to utilize data to make informed business decisions.
