Job Overview

We are seeking a Key Account Strategist to drive commercial growth in Australia.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse sales, profitability and opportunity to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the G Touring Community Growth Director to maximise partnership with Flight Centre Travel Group.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment across account portfolio.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Manage Account Managers to achieve targets with call and marketing plans in place.
  • Implement product and automation training to ensure awareness of all products.
  • Prepare and host customer educational events as required.
  • Develop targeted call cycle focusing on high revenue and high potential stores (Key Accounts).
  • Monitor and report competitor activity, pricing and marketing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in B2B and B2C sales role within the Travel Industry.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.
  • Good team player with previous team management or leadership experience.
  • Creative problem solver and effective relationship builder.
  • Presentation skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Clean driving licence.
