Corporate Governance Leadership Role

The successful applicant will have responsibility for leading and coordinating the Commission's corporate governance responsibilities, including:

  • Developing and implementing systems to oversee the Commission's operations budget
  • Managing stakeholder partnerships and liaison in relation to preparation of annual financial statements and reports
  • Preparing business cases, funding submissions, high-level briefing documents, and service agreements

Key skills required include:

  • Strategic advice and analysis in relation to corporate services, governance, and business issues
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong project management and coordination skills

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the Commission's governance framework and to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in corporate governance, risk management, and strategic planning.
