Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Educational Specialist to join our team at St John Paul II College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students across various disciplines. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Create a supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and student well-being.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Provide regular feedback and assessment to students to monitor their progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to review and develop curriculum programs that align with Australian Curriculum standards.
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching qualification.
- Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) and/or Working With Children's Check (WWCC) registrations.
- Teaching Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation and/or NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
