Key Responsibilities">- Lead and motivate a large team of MERL staff to achieve program goals.
- Coordinate MERL inputs to deliver specific outcomes by collecting and communicating relevant information to stakeholders.
The MERL Lead also contributes to shaping the organization's strategy, operations and engagement with key partners.
">Requirements">- Tertiary qualifications in international development, relations, monitoring and evaluation, research methods or a related field, along with over 10 years' experience at senior levels.
- Proven experience in senior management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a track record of leading diverse teams.
