The role of MERL Lead is a pivotal position within the Pacific Labour Mobility Support Program. This esteemed individual will spearhead the monitoring, evaluation, research and learning components, ensuring that data-driven insights inform strategic decision-making.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an accomplished professional with exceptional leadership skills to lead, coordinate and motivate a large, multi-country and multicultural team of MERL staff. The successful candidate will oversee operational procedures and practices to deliver PLMSP's MERL function in Australia, the Pacific and Timor Leste.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the MERL team to deliver PLMSP End-of-Program Outcome 3 by collecting and communicating useful information to stakeholders.
- Oversight of operational procedures and practices to ensure effective MERL function delivery.
- Quality assurance of MERL team outputs, including annual reports, methodologies, and evaluation and research plans and reports.
- Ensure integration of gender equality, disability inclusion and social inclusion priorities in MERL activities and products.
**Requirements:
