Seeking a skilled HR Operations and Payroll professional to oversee the daily administrative functions of our People and Culture team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and efficient record-keeping through HRIS management
  • Collaborate with our payroll partner, ADP, for timely and accurate payroll processing in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across APAC markets
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Additional responsibilities include onboarding, employee inquiries, travel and expenses oversight, and office administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR and Payroll.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of HR and Payroll partnering experience, preferably in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and evolve people systems and processes accordingly
