Patron Communications Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented communications specialist to support our team in delivering world-class communications across various events. This is a 5-month contract opportunity that will involve managing patron communications, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring all communications are on brand and customer-first.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in communications, content coordination, or marketing roles, ideally in sport, events, or entertainment. They will also possess strong writing and editing skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage patron communications across various events, including United Cup, Brisbane International, Adelaide International, and Hobart International.
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned and accurate messaging.
  3. Implement contact strategies and go-to-market plans to ensure timely and engaging communication across channels.
  4. Work closely with external partners to support content delivery and accuracy.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in communications, content coordination, or marketing roles, ideally in sport, events, or entertainment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication skills.
