Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the development and delivery of corporate communication projects. The successful candidate will work across various portfolios, coordinating communications to ensure awareness, alignment, and consistency of messages.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and evaluate a proactive-focused media and corporate affairs strategy in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Media and Corporate Affairs.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external teams and stakeholders to provide an end-to-end corporate communication partnering service.
  • Select appropriate channels for communication and engagement activities, focusing on leveraging existing communication channels.
  • Provide communication support to staff across the organization and external stakeholders, drawing on specialist media team expertise as required.
  • Support administrative functions of the Media and Corporate Affairs team, including content uploading and distribution.
  • Seek feedback on improvement opportunities from key stakeholders and implement change through appropriate channels.

Requirements:

  • A degree in communication, journalism, public relations or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an appetite to thrive in a high-level, detail-focused, fast-paced communications environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, navigating competing deadlines, and thinking laterally.
