We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to drive growth and revenue in the specification sales segment. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with architects, builders, and project stakeholders, and deliver impactful solution-based presentations.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with distributors to support design and construct (D&C) projects.
- Track and report on competitor activity, customer trends, and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to forecasting and sales reporting.
- Represent the company at sales meetings, product launches, and industry functions.
You're a results-driven individual who thrives on building relationships and identifying growth opportunities. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a strong customer-first mindset.
Requirements- Proven business development or specification sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Experience working with CRM systems is advantageous.
