Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to drive growth and revenue in the specification sales segment. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with architects, builders, and project stakeholders, and deliver impactful solution-based presentations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with distributors to support design and construct (D&C) projects.
  • Track and report on competitor activity, customer trends, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to forecasting and sales reporting.
  • Represent the company at sales meetings, product launches, and industry functions.

Requirements
