Business Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing and growing relationships with major grocery and specialty retail accounts across Victoria and interstate. This includes developing tailored business plans for each key customer, aligning with category and brand objectives.

Negotiate trading terms, promotional schedules, and in-store activations to maximise sell-through. Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and sampling programs.

  • Identify gaps in distribution and new category opportunities, then create a plan to secure them.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in FMCG with a strong track record in key account or category management.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian grocery retail landscape, including both major chains and independents.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in delivering profitable growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
