National Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic growth and deliver targeted business results for Coles.
  • Build and execute effective joint business plans, aligning with Coles' commercial strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop innovative promotional strategies and activations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive category reviews, new product development presentations, and investment analysis.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, accrual management, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a high-performing National Account Manager in FMCG or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of Coles' operating model and commercial strategy (highly desirable).
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and delivering sustained growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
