Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Reservation Specialist to handle and process reservations and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have experience working in a 4/5-star hotel environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process reservations and inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Perform pre-arrival checks against booking information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up on No-Shows and late cancellations to minimize losses and optimize room inventory
  • Collaborate with other members of the Reservations team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional guest service
  • Promote the hotel's F&B venues and other services and amenities to guests and potential customers

Key Requirements:

  • Work experience within a reservations team in a luxury hotel environment
  • Working knowledge of hospitality software systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
