Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls for reservations and in-house guests, upholding the highest standards of service.
  • Greet arriving guests warmly, delivering a high conversion of reservations enquiries.
  • Maximize sales of rooms and facilities while monitoring quality of reservations and statistical information.
  • Work as a team to achieve set monthly KPIs.
  • Address guest complaints and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Maintain clear communication with other departments for special requests or reservation-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Proven hotel experience preferably in Reservations or Front Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive approach, attention to detail, and superior customer service skills.
  • Experience with Opera or PMS systems is required.
