Key Responsibilities

The following key responsibilities outline the scope of the role:

  • Cost Management: Undertake cost management services for UK & EMEA corporate clients, ensuring alignment with our service agreements.
  • Budgeting Advice: Provide budgeting advice during the feasibility stage for new potential projects, considering various factors such as costs, risks, and benefits.
  • Bid Assistance: Assist with bids for Cost Management multi-market mandates across the UK and EMEA, utilizing your knowledge of market conditions and client needs.
  • Cost Reporting: Deliver best-in-class cost reporting and present these to corporate clients, maintaining transparency and open communication.
  • Best Practices: Work with the Enterprise Project Management team to create and maintain best practices for Occupier Services across EMEA, driving consistency and excellence.
