Job Title: Expert Cost Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the role of an expert cost manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning, and cost management.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, and main contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for growth.
  • Develop feasibility budgets, conduct thorough cost checks on developing designs, and perform value engineering tasks.
  • Analyze bid evaluations, negotiate contracts, manage cash flow for projects, and procure materials and services.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports, evaluate change orders, and perform valuations.
