Senior Remedial Project Manager

Lead remedial project managers in driving the growth of our division. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing cladding, waterproofing, concrete remediation (spalling repair), and structural rectification works from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimation.
  • Evaluate project costs and prepare comprehensive bids.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive the growth of the fire upgrade division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years management experience in remedial residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards related to remedial projects.
  • Strong network in the VIC construction and insurance space.
  • Demonstrated ability to estimate project costs and prepare bids.
  • Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers, and strata managers.
