We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Factory Manager to lead our busy production team and ensure excellence from start to finish. This is your chance to step into a key leadership role where your expertise will directly shape high-profile, commercial-scale projects.

The Role

You'll oversee the entire manufacturing process for commercial aluminium windows and doors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standard. Leading a team of up to 15 skilled staff, you'll maintain strong communication with project managers, manage workflow, uphold quality checks, and foster a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in manufacturing & factory management

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Knowledge of systems such as Alspec, Capral, Rapid and others.

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

A professional, solutions-driven approach – ready to start ASAP
