We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Remedial Division, driving growth and success through strategic project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee cladding, waterproofing, concrete remediation, and structural rectification projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation strategies.
  • Evaluate project costs and prepare detailed bids for potential clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to fuel divisional growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management experience in remedial residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards related to remedial projects (Structural and Cladding rectifications).
  • Established network within the construction and insurance industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to estimate project costs and prepare bids.
  • Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers, and strata managers.
