About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Site Manager to join our ever-growing team. This is a full-time gig based out of our Dandenong South office, but you'll be hitting the road across Victoria — from the eastern suburbs to Gippsland, Bass Coast, and the Mornington Peninsula.

It's a fast-paced, high-energy role that calls for top-notch organization, strong communication, and an eagle eye for detail. You'll be juggling multiple projects, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everything runs smoother than a fresh render coat.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Orchestrating subcontractors and trades like a maestro.
  • Teaming up with our estimators to make sure materials land on site, right on time.
  • Running multiple projects without breaking a sweat — planning, scheduling, and coordinating across sites.
  • Keeping the lines open with clients, contractors, and the crew.
  • Checking quality daily and making sure the work meets (or beats) the standard.
  • Managing OH&S risks like a pro — safety first, always.
  • Staying one step ahead to prevent hiccups (and fixing them fast if they pop up).
  • Balancing multiple hats and rolling with whatever the day throws at you.
What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience in rendering, plastering, or carpentry.
  • Sharp organizational and communication skills.
  • A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S and compliance requirements.
