About the Role
Job Description:This leadership position oversees Sales Enablement and Intelligence efforts within the Business Strategy and Operations APAC Go-To-Market (GTM) team. The successful candidate will work directly with Regional Sales Leadership, Product GTM, Country GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Mastery teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design cross-functional plans to ensure sellers are equipped and empowered to accelerate business.
- Lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain external market perspectives and form opinions on competitive trends, industry challenges, and evolving market needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales operations, commercial roles, consulting, or corporate strategy experience. Additionally, they should have experience in people management, executing operational initiatives, and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:A strong preference is given to candidates with experience in Google's Ads products, sales teams, or service operations, as well as the relevant customer and competitive landscapes.
