As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by ensuring the sales team possesses the necessary skills and consistently delivers exceptional presales and post-sales experiences to prospects and customers.

This is a dynamic role that combines strategic planning with day-to-day operations, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive strategies and tactics to contribute to business growth initiatives and operational plans.
  • Provide training support for partners and develop expert competency in presales and post-sales activities.
  • Focus on vertical approach in solutioning team for key sectors including professional services, financial services, software and technology, construction and real estate.
  • Develop training programs and enablement to ensure partners are skilled on product solutions and value proposition for sales.
  • Ensure partner enablement resources display an expert level of product & technical knowledge, including customisation skills, and can advise and implement our products.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to drive new product, market, and industry launches.
  • Responsibility for ecosystem expansion efforts by identifying, reviewing, and recruiting MPP solutions (both local and global) to ensure we have a best-of-breed solution for key sectors.
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights on activities and resourcing to proactively manage the team to deliver business objectives and initiatives.
