We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales and success team capabilities, confidence, and results through impactful programs, tools, and assets that enhance skills, embed best practices, and fuel revenue growth.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted enablement strategies.
- Create training content and tools that support value-based selling, customer retention, and consistent execution.
- Lead onboarding and certification programs to reduce ramp time and improve win rates.
- Analyse performance data to measure impact, refine programs, and maximize return on investment.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and enablement on key initiatives.
- Mentor others and facilitate training delivery techniques.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, or a related field.
- Success in designing and delivering sales or success training with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable, scalable enablement initiatives.
- Proficiency with sales enablement platforms, LMS tools, and content creation.
- Emphasis on values-driven work environment.
