Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals recover from work-related injuries or illnesses and return to their normal daily activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living
  • Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Be eligible for AHPRA accreditation, upon graduating
  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable but not essential)
  • Obtain a current Working with Children Check and have a clear pre-employment national criminal check
  • Hold a full drivers' license
