Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a key role in supporting Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel to achieve specific health goals and return to service.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals;
- Apply your nursing knowledge to develop and implement rehabilitation plans;
- Complete initial assessments and perform worksite reviews to ensure successful outcomes.
In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals, including those who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma. You will be rewarded with tangible outcomes and a genuine person-centred focus.
