Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to lead the onboarding and support of our Medical Device solution. This role requires someone who can solve complex technical problems, communicate effectively, and build trust with customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally with experience working between customers and internal product or engineering teams
