Job Title: Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Expert.

This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clientele.

  • Answering incoming calls, delivering prompt, accurate, and timely customer service.
  • Manage and prioritize all requests to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Liaise with service providers and facilities managers for clarification of technical issues.
  • Update management systems to ensure timely rectification of building faults.
  • Adhere to KPIs and report on service levels.
  • Escalate relevant issues to appropriate personnel/management.
  • Ensure works are completed within required timeframes by engaging internal/external trades.
  • Record customer interactions promptly and accurately in work management systems.
  • Collaborate with work supervisors to issue works to contractors, technicians, and staff for timely response for reactive works where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Strong demonstrated experience working in customer service or contact centre environments.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of organizations.
  • Ability to interpret queries and assist appropriately.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail including good keyboard skills, speed, and accuracy.
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach.
  • Experience working in facilities environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of trade-based works.
