
Customer Service Technical Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled professional to join our team in the Computer and Mobile Technology Department.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide solutions to customers on desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other computer peripherals.
- Manage book-ins for repair jobs and faulty items to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process returns and faulty products correctly, coordinating repairs, replacements, or credits as needed.
- Liaise with suppliers and repair agents to ensure prompt repairs or replacements for customers.
- Undertake cashiering and sales duties as required.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to address customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Basic technical understanding of computers and computer products.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Retail experience is desirable.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays is preferred.
