We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Technical Expert. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Infrastructure and/or software development, with a focus on Compute, Storage, Databases, Networking, Application Services, Big Data, or distributed computing.
This expert will work closely with various teams to share technical knowledge and address common customer challenges outside current product and service scopes.
This role involves:
- Providing technical guidance to customers and prospects on best practices for product use tailored to their unique situations and goals.
- Introducing new features and products, and demonstrating their application within customer environments to drive positive outcomes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to translate customer and prospect requests into actionable insights with clear business outcomes.
- Developing and delivering engaging technical training curricula to accelerate internal and customer onboarding and value realization.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in a similar technical role.
- Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure and/or software development.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Strong technical writing abilities.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and adaptability to new tools.
