Job Overview

NICE is expanding rapidly, creating an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join the company as a Principal Technical Account Manager.

This role involves acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from NICE's products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establishing Long-Term Partnerships: Develop deep, lasting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, strategic objectives, and challenges.
  • Ensuring Customer Success: Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and success by proactively identifying areas for improvement and expansion.
  • Proactive Account Management: Regularly engage with customers to assess performance, identify potential issues, provide leadership, manage escalations, and propose solutions or optimizations to improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide customers with strategic insights, best practices, product roadmap highlights, and recommendations to assist them in achieving their business goals, while guiding them on how to leverage new features, updates, and technology trends.
  • Technical Expertise and Support: Offer comprehensive technical guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex issues. Serve as a subject matter expert on the NICE portfolio, focusing on supporting clients to optimize their use and performance.

Candidates should have a solid background and understanding of modern cloud contact centres and their associated core applications, accompanied by excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end-users/customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
