ServiceNow Solutions Developer

This role is perfect for a technically skilled ServiceNow professional who enjoys working in an agile, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications
  • Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and designers to deliver solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and integrations
  • Provide advanced technical support, bug fixes, and root cause analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions using best practices
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator plus at least one Implementation Specialist certification in relevant workflows
  • Strong collaboration skills and proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps
  • Ability to monitor system health and address issues proactively
