Maximum Hours: 40 hours per week

The AEC seeks a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join the Funding and Disclosure Reform Program. The role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications across modules, with close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams using Agile delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop ServiceNow solutions including scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisations

Collaborate with business analysts, user researchers, and service designers to translate requirements into prototypes and final solutions

Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules

Provide advanced support for ServiceNow: troubleshooting, bug fixes, root cause analysis

Ensure system stability and performance via maintenance and upgrades

Work in accordance with agile principles, attending agile ceremonies

Document technical designs, specifications, and knowledge transfer materials

Collaborate with IT and business teams on ServiceNow development best practices

Stay current with ServiceNow updates and incorporate features as needed

Selection Criteria

Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards.

Holds ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

Holds one or more ServiceNow Mainline Implementation Specialist certifications in workflows including:

IT Service Management

Hardware Asset Management

Software Asset Management

Service Mapping

Customer Service Management

Human Resources

Proven ability to:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical ServiceNow solutions

Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues

Communicate technical information clearly to influence stakeholders.

Tertiary qualifications or industry-recognised certifications in Information Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines

Certifications such as:

ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL and TOGAF
