Job Description:
The Associate Director of Sales is a critical role in driving business growth and fostering major accounts for the organization.
We are a leading creator of experiences that bring to life brands and properties in entertainment, ventures, and travel.
Our portfolio includes over 140 entertainment experiences, 150 award-winning restaurants and bars, and 80+ hotels.
The position requires developing and growing new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through prospecting, sales calls, entertaining, and site inspections.
About Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals by prospecting, making sales calls, entertaining, and conducting site inspections.
- Maximize key accounts by saturating account contacts and departments.
- Capture and shift business from competitor hotels through research, networking, and proactive telemarketing/soliciting new accounts.
- Direct management and oversight of identified group accounts.
- Ensure hotels stay abreast of key market and account trends.
- Deliver above market performance, enhancing hotel market share in identified target markets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders before major decisions.
- Participate in Revenue Management calls and weekly C&E Hub calls.
- Support the strategic direction of hotel sales strategies.
- Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget.
- Monitor sales delivery against targets with regular reviews.
