Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Strategist to join our team. As a senior leadership role, this position is focused on driving new business sales for the East Coast with a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy known for innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the engineering field. They must also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering field.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Prepare and submit compelling procurement and tender proposals to support business development and client acquisition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in the engineering field.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and sales within the engineering industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
