As a key point of contact for HR queries and the employee lifecycle, you will work closely with a collaborative P&C Business Partner in a warm and friendly culture.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity to drive the recruitment process and be responsible for the full employee life cycle.
- Recruit talent that enhances our team's capabilities
- Provide support to employees on generalist HR enquiries
- Award interoperation
- Work closely with the P&C Business Partner on ongoing projects
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisation skills, be detail-oriented and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
Please note that previous experience working within Education is highly desirable.
A strong background in HR Generalist roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential requirements for this position.
