About This Role

The Account Manager will play a crucial part in strengthening client relationships and driving ongoing commercial growth. This role involves managing a portfolio of Commercial agencies in Northern Sydney and Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agent partners to maximize referral flow
  • Strategically plan call cycles to grow market share
  • Manage CRM systems
  • Engage with agents to ensure they are maximizing their use of our services
  • Administer agencies and handle account-based inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle client interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Certified in CRM Management
