Job Title: Commercial Banking Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, collaborating closely with relationship managers to identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of banking products, including working capital financing, trade finance, cash management and trade facilities.
- Foster excellent customer relationships by handling service inquiries, resolving minor issues and providing exceptional communication skills.
- This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending.
- Able to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors (the 5Cs of credit).
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and keep track of customer documentation, banking transactions, and internal communications.
