**Job Role**: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise owners, driving growth through acquisition and increasing share of wallet and referrals. With access to new systems and technologies, you will have the tools to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers by developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of their business and financial needs.
  • Provide solutions towards account maintenance and customer needs.
  • Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending.
  • Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors.
  • Familiarity with risk management concepts and regulatory requirements such as KYC (Know your Customer) and AML (anti-money laundering).
