The Opportunity

This role offers a proactive, motivated and tech-savvy individual the chance to join a dynamic team with high-performance capabilities.

You will support our partners by remotely monitoring Refrigeration, HVAC and Lighting systems within stores, providing top-notch customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment that operates 24/7 and provides services to partners
  • Monitor alarm systems in a control room environment
  • Manage high volumes of outbound calls to field technicians and stores
  • Accurately enter data into our systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to partners and field-based team members
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience using multiple systems concurrently
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Customer service experience in a Contact Centre environment (desired)
  • Previous experience in a Technical Support or service role (desired)
